Our client, Bobbi, needed to move from a 2-bedroom first-floor flat in Torpoint, Cornwall, to a new 2-bedroom apartment complex in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Because of demanding work schedules, the move had to be precisely timed around her job, requiring a highly coordinated two-day operation with a secure overnight hold.
The physical environment presented significant hurdles:
The Stairs: Both properties were located on the first floor, requiring the team to carry heavy furniture up and down roughly 15 to 20 narrow stairs at both the departure and arrival points.
The Access: Tricky vehicle access at both locations meant the team couldn't park directly outside the doors, vastly increasing the walking distance for every single item loaded.
